May 28, Kathmandu : The ministerial level meeting called by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation formed a committee to probe into Goma Air crash on Sunday. The Goma Air's airplane (9N-AKY ) with three crew members ferrying cargo from Kathmandu to Lukla crashed while trying to land at Tenzing-Hillary Airport of Lukla Saturday noon. May 28, Dhading : At least five women died after a bus met an accident at Bhakare of Nilkantha Municipality-11 along the Dhadingbensi-Salyantar road section in Dhading district Sunday evening. The village named Khamlalung in Aatharai rural municipality-2 that has got power disconnected houses around 200 families. May 24, Khotang : The family members of a migrant Nepali worker who died in Kuwait six years ago have finally been compensated. Bhumi Prasad Rai from Bopung area of Jantedhunga rural municipality died in course of employment on September 30, 2011. His family has now received Rs 8.766 million in compensation. May 22, Pokhara : The vote counting of the local level polls held in the Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City is not making any headway over political parties' dispute despite an instruction coming from the Election Commission for its resumption.
